Full of life and verve, Prachi has manged to pack a lot into her young
life. Acting in feature films and TV shows. Modelling for major
products. And dubbing for Hollywood TV shows and movies.
Dubbing/Voice overs
Prachi has been a voice-over artiste for over 20 years, lending and
modulating her voice for over 80 TV shows, over 60 Hollywood and
Bollywood films. Not to mention numerous ad films.
Popular TV characters enlivened by her voice include Minnie Mouse,
Niyander, Darby from Winnie the Pooh, Alice, Little Krishna, Emily in
Clifford, Dennis the Menace etc. She has lent her voice to movies
like "The Karate Kid", "The Sixth Sense", "The Chronicles of Narnia",
"Chhota Jadugar", "Stuart Little", "The Little Mermaid" & " Krishna
Aur Kans" which was an entry from India at the Oscars 2013 in the
animation film category in which she was the voice of Krishna.
Modelling & Acting
Prachi has modelled for over 50 major products and
services,including Vicks, Maggie Noodles, Mortein, Nyle Herbal
Shampoo, Sunsilk, Kotak Mahindra, Rexona, Lux, Bru coffee etc.
She has anchored a popular show based on Classical dance on
Doordarshan called "Nritya ka akhil bhartiya karyakram."
Prachi was a favourite on TV as Rhea in the sitcom Daddy
Samjha Karo. She didn’t go unnoticed in the role of Daksha in
the film Pardes, and was appreciated for her performances in
the music videos of Jagjit Singh, Hans Raj Hans, Ghulam Ali and
others and all this began with her acting in a leading role in the
children's film Karamati Coat, produced by NCYP.
